ISN has built-in social media buttons: small icons that link to your office's pages. Put them in an email container (usually in the footer) and they appear on every email that uses that container.
Setting this up takes two steps: save your office's social media addresses, then add the buttons to your container.
Step 1: Save your social media addresses
Go to Settings and open My Office Settings.
Open Office Contact Information.
Scroll down to the URL section.
Paste the full address of each page you use, starting with https://: Facebook URL, Google+ URL, Twitter URL, YouTube URL, Linkedin URL, Yelp URL, Angie's List URL and Instagram URL.
Save the page.
Step 2: Add the buttons to a container
Go to Email > Email Containers and select the Edit (pencil) icon on the container.
Click in the container where you want the icons, for example below your contact details at the bottom.
On the editor toolbar, open Insert value.
Scroll down and choose a button, for example %officefacebookbutton%. Repeat for each network you use.
Select Save Container.
Select Send Test to email yourself a sample and check the icons and links.
Available buttons
%officefacebookbutton%: Facebook
%officeinstagrambutton%: Instagram
%officeyoutubebutton%: YouTube
%officelinkedinbutton%: LinkedIn
%officetwitterbutton%: Twitter/X
%officeyelpbutton%: Yelp
%officeangieslistbutton%: Angie's List
%officegoogleplusbutton%: Google+ (no longer in service; we recommend leaving it out)
Each button shows that network's icon and opens the address you saved in Step 1 in a new window.
To use your own icon or text instead, use the matching address value, such as %officefacebookurl% or %officeinstagramurl%, as the link address. See Add Links to Email Templates and Containers.
Good to know
The buttons work in email containers only. They don't appear in the Insert Replacement Value list in email templates, and typing one into a template won't turn it into an icon.
Only add buttons for networks you saved an address for. A button with no saved address shows the icon but doesn't take anyone to your page.
Changing an address in Office Contact Information updates every email straight away. You don't need to edit the container again.
