Step 1

This step involves configuring FlexFund fees and notification settings.

*To reveal the content within each section, simply click the button on the respective section.

Notifications

Here, you can designate the email address where you'd like to receive notifications concerning the status of each order. These notifications encompass events such as order funding.

This setting will allow an email address to be specified as the "reply-to" address when a FlexFund customer selects the option "contact my agent, I don’t have my closing info" during the payment process.

This section allows you to preview the content of the email template and integrate the FlexFund email event into your ISN account.

If your client lacks information about the closing company, this option enables you to notify the buyer's agent. Guardian Payment Processing will contact the agent to obtain the necessary closing company details.

Fees

This is the amount your business will be billed for each order submitted through the FlexFund system. This charge cannot be changed.

Here, you can specify the additional amount you'd like to automatically charge clients for each FlexFund inspection.

This setting helps you configure when FlexFund will be available to your clients, based on whether the order amount exceeds a specified threshold.
