Enabling FlexFund Email Notifications for Buyer's Agents

If your client lacks information about the closing company, this option enables you to notify the buyer's agent.

This article outlines the steps for notifying the buyer's agent. In cases where your client lacks information about the closing company. Guardian Payment Processing will initiate contact with the agent to procure the essential closing company details. Please follow the steps below for this process:


1. Access FlexFund Settings:

  • Initiate the process by navigating to the "Settings" menu.

  • Within the "Settings" menu, specifically, locate and select "Office Settings."

  • Once you are in the "Office Settings" section, please identify the subsection titled "My Office Settings."

  • Within this subsection, proceed to locate and click on the option labeled "Flexfund Options."

Path: Settings > Office Settings > My Office Settings > FlexFund Options > Send an Email to Buyer's Agent about Closing Info

2. Enabled the option:

  • On the left side of the screen, locate the initial section.

  • Within this section, specifically, locate the subsection titled "Send an Email to Buyer's Agent about Closing Info"

  • To activate this option, simply checkmark the box to enable it.

3. Enable the Email Template.

  • As soon as you click on the option to enable it, a new pop-up window will appear displaying information about the template that will be enabled in your ISN.

  • Click on the 'Enable' option.

4. Review the Email Template: If necessary, review and make any desired edits to the email template.

  • Initiate the process by navigating to the "Email" menu.

  • Within the "Email" menu, specifically, locate and select " My Email Templates"

  • When you access the email template interface, on the left side of the screen, find the search bar.

  • Type "FlexFund Template" into the search bar and click on the search icon.

  • The system will display a list of search results.

  • Proceed to identify the email template labeled "FlexFund Template to Buyer's Agent" in this list and click on the pencil icon to access and edit its content.

  • Once inside the Edit View of the email template, you can make changes to your email template. Feel free to upload photos, change replacement values, or add/remove any verbiage from the template as needed.
