If your ISN has the SMS Premium feature enabled and you create an order with multiple clients or agents, you will see their numbers in the SMS history section within the Order View. Click on the header to see the full list of recipients:
The list of contacts will include multiple clients, agents, and other contact types.
NOTE: If you don't have the SMS History enabled in your Order View click on the next link: Enable SMS History
You can use the tools in the SMS History to send Messages, Templates, and Attach Files:
