In order to use a Template when sending an SMS message from any message view screen, click on the button labeled USE TEMPLATE.

In the corresponding pop-up, click USE by the template you want to send.

​From SMS -- View Messages, If you’re sending something that corresponds to a particular order, select it from the orders list that appears, or hit 'SKIP'/'FINISH' to send plaintext!

The message will load into the ‘Type Message’ textbox and you can click ‘Send Message’ or ATTACH FILES to load an image for video.
