Inspectors can seamlessly manage their workflow with the 'Home' feature, where assigned orders are displayed. Owners get an additional 'My Company' tab with key indicators, providing insights into revenue, inspections, average fees, daily summaries, top metrics, and more.
Effortlessly Oversee your Inspections Using the 'Inspections' Feature
Easily view all existing inspections through the dedicated 'Inspections' feature. Access a comprehensive list of available orders assigned to you in the 'Inspections' feature.
People-Centric Monitoring
Monitor existing inspections based on the type of profile using the 'People' option.
Calendar Functionality
Keep track of calendar events and scheduled orders in the 'Calendar' feature. Book inspections and short calendar events directly from the calendar. Quick access to existing orders through multiple features. The calendar will show events with colors specific to certain inspectors, matching the calendar color settings configured in the main ISN web application under User Administration.

Once you access an order from the Inspection button or the calendar button, you'll find various sections within that order, such as 'property details,' 'customer and agent info,' 'notes,' etc. All this information will be available in different accordion-style options. These options will either show or collapse the information displayed in each section, making it easier to see the content without having a very large page that shows all the information at once.
Integrated Report Writer
The native app features a robust report writer within each order. Access any assigned order through various features and initiate the report-writing process effortlessly by clicking on 'Write Report'

Offline Capability
The app operates offline, which is incredibly helpful in situations where inspections occur in remote areas with poor internet connectivity. Both the app and report writer function fully offline, enabling you to conduct new inspections and finish inspection reports right in the palm of your hand. When your device reconnects to the internet, it will automatically sync all the data entered while offline.
