ISN Mobile App Update
ISN has made several improvements to its mobile app to help home inspectors do their job quicker, schedule appointments on the go, and spend more time on what matters the most - growing their business.
New features of the ISN Mobile app:
Changes to fees and coupons
Improvements to how you add fees to an order. Previously, the ISN app automatically added all non-zero fees to an order, which required users to remove non-relevant fees one at a time. Now the app allows users to add on the fees that are relevant to any given inspection, reducing the chances a client will be overcharged.
Better order flow that includes the following features:
Property address auto-fills as you type
Radon appointments appear in map view
Tappable inspections chart on home screen is now tappable - takes you to that week's calendar view
Available on Android and iOS
Improved agent searching in Real Estate Dashboard section - see below:
Agent search in real estate dashboard
The agent look-up feature allows inspectors to find agents more easily - which is especially helpful since agents are a crucial partner for inspectors. Much of home inspectors’ business comes from real estate agents, and it’s important to maintain good relationships with them.
How it works: Agent searching in the Real Estate dashboard now picks up matches if the user searches by first, middle or last name.
