My Online Schedule lets you define when each inspector is available for appointments through the Online Scheduler. You can create available time slots, limit the number of inspections an inspector can accept each day, block dates, and configure scheduling preferences.
Access My Online Schedule
In the blue Main Menu at the top of ISN, select Calendar.
Select My Schedule.
Select My Online Schedule.
Select an Inspector
At the top of the page, use the Inspector drop-down menu to select the inspector whose online availability you want to manage.
Create Available Time Slots
Each day includes an Add Time Slot option.
Select Add Time Slot for the applicable day.
ISN automatically uses your business hours as the starting time in the From field.
The To field is automatically set using the default inspection duration configured in your account.
Adjust the start time and end time as needed.
Repeat these steps to add as many available time slots as needed for the inspector.
These time slots determine the appointment times available through the Online Scheduler.
Limit the Number of Inspections Per Day
You can set a maximum number of inspections an inspector can be scheduled for on a specific day.
Enable the availability limit option.
Enter the maximum number of inspections the inspector can accept for that day in the field displayed beside the time slots.
Once the limit is reached, that inspector will no longer be available for additional Online Scheduler appointments that day.
Block a Date from the Online Scheduler
At the bottom of the page, you can use the calendar to block a specific date from being available through the Online Scheduler.
Select the date you want to block.
Select Block in the lower-right corner beside the date details.
Blocking a date only affects availability in the Online Scheduler. It does not prevent your office from manually scheduling an inspection, and it does not create an event on the inspector's calendar.
If you need to reserve an inspector's time and display it on their calendar, we recommend creating a calendar event directly in ISN instead.
Configure Scheduling Preferences
At the bottom of the page, select Settings to configure additional Online Scheduler preferences.
You can use these settings to limit available appointments based on mileage to the subject property, helping ensure that inspections are offered within your preferred service area.
You can also turn on the option to display suggested appointments in the ISN Order Form date and time selector. When enabled, ISN can show suggested appointment times and allow them to be sorted by estimated mileage, distance, and travel time.
