There are four main steps to have an SMS Event to send your Google Review:

Getting your Google Review Link
Go to your Google Business Profile. Learn how to find your profile.
To find your review link:
With Google Search, select Ask for Reviews.
With Google Maps, select Customers --> Reviews --> Get more reviews.
Share the link with your customers directly or use the sharing options provided.
Copy the link and follow the next step.
Shorten the Review Link for the SMS Event
The SMS Events have a limit of characters for the message, also, review links are too long and don't look good when the intention is to send a short message, we always recommend using the ISN link shortener for this purpose.

Creating the SMS Event
Go to SMS -- SMS Events. This will take you to your SMS events manager page.
Next, click on Add New Event:
Name the SMS Event, you can use something like "Google Review Link":
Select what triggers the SMS Event to be sent (we recommend 5 days after the inspection is completed, paid, and signed, that way you have time to send the report and the client to read it):
Select the recipient:
Create the message using the Replacement Values and the Google Review with the URL shortened:

Once you have finished adding the message, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Add SMS Event"
Enable the SMS Event
After finishing the Event creation go back to the SMS Events main menu (SMS --> SMS Events), locate the newly created message, and click on the Green Arrow to turn it on.
After enabling it, this event will be sent to clients from all new orders.
