This setting lets you specify an email address used as the "reply-to" address when a FlexFund customer chooses the option “I don't have my closing company info. Please contact my real estate agent to get it." during the payment process. By default, it uses the owner's email address.

Navigate to Settings---> Office Settings
FlexFund Options
On the left side of the screen, you'll find the FlexFund settings options. The second option is "Agent Email Contact Preference," where you can enter the email address of the person you want to be contacted if the closing information is missing.
