Send an Email Template from an Order

Sending email templates from orders in your ISN

Occasionally one might need to send an email template manually for an inspection. If you click on Inspections --> Scheduled Inspections

From here you can click on Actions - Send Email Template (or click the icon if you have that view enabled)

From there you can choose an email template to send for that inspection.

Select an email template with the drop-down, click the 'Add to "To"' or 'Add to "Cc"' buttons for your intended recipients.
From here you can also change the sending from name and email address or, if the %message% replacement value exists in your email template, add a personalized message to the template before sending.
You may edit, preview, or send at the bottom.

Another way to send email templates is from the Order View. If you have the order opened go to the Actions menu and select Send Email Template:

After that, choose the template and recipient as previously explained.
