We detial how the payment request feature changes slightly when more that one client is added to the order.

If you are looking to send a payment request to your clients when more than one client is added to an inspection you will have to follow the same steps as before, only this time you will have additional options.

You can access the "Payment request" feature from the inspection grid or the order view page by clicking on Actions--Send Payment Request:

From there you will be given the option to enter the amount you want them to pay for, this can be either the total fee or just the due amount if you are already collected a partial payment. You will also be given the option to send the email to all clients added to the order or specific ones, this gives you the liberty to pick and choose who should receive the custom payment link.

Keep in mind that the name and amount will be automatically entered into the preview on the right-hand side of the screen. You will be able to add the convenience fee to this payment if you are using the convenience fee system, for more information about this feature you can visit this article that covers it.

Finally, you'll hit send and the system will send as many emails as you selected to all recipients you chose. As of now, you can only select all clients or a single one.

Important note: If you select the "All clients" option, all emails sent to all clients will have the name of the primary client on them. If you wish to send multiple emails to different clients and have each client's name populated on their email you will need to send individual emails to each client.

As soon as one client pays for the amount due the payment link included in all payment request emails will not capture additional funds as the link updates with the information on the order. So if the payment is made no additional payments are needed.
