This guide outlines the steps to include the FlexFund control on your order form in ISN. By default, the FlexFund control is readily available within your Order Form once FlexFund is activated on your ISN account, specifically under the FlexFund tab. However, if you've accidentally deleted the tab or the control, if it's not enabled, or if you wish to customize your Order Form differently from its current setup, you can follow the steps below:
1. Access Order Form Customization:
Initiate the process by navigating to the "Settings" menu.
Within the "Settings" menu, specifically, locate and select "Office Settings."
Once you are in the "Office Settings" section, please identify the subsection titled "Inspection and Fee Settings"
Within this subsection, proceed to locate and click on the option labeled "Customize Order Form."
Path: Settings > Office Settings > My Office Settings > Inspection and Fee Settings > Customize Order Form.
2. Add a New Section:
Your next step will be to click the "+Add a Section" option.
3. Name the Section:
Enter "FlexFund" as the section name and then click "Save."
4. Add a Control:
ISN will incorporate a new section titled "FlexFund." Click on the "no controls - add one now" option within this section.
5. Add the FlexFund Control:
To include the FlexFund control, click on the "+Add Control" option.
6. Configure the Control:
Utilize the drop-down menu to select the FlexFund control, and name it "FlexFund."
We recommend that all of the following fields have the same name: Control Name, and Control Description.
Don't forget to click on "Add Control" to finalize the process.
Following these steps will enable you to add the FlexFund control to your ISN Order Form for streamlined use and management.
