Enabling FlexFund Email Templates and Email Events

How to preview the content of the email template and integrate the FlexFund email event into your ISN account.

This article facilitates the integration of the FlexFund email templates and Email events into your ISN account. To complete this process, follow these steps:

ISN will load:

  • Email Template: FlexFund Email Template to Client

  • Email Event: FlexFund email Event to Client


1. Access FlexFund Settings:

  • Initiate the process by navigating to the "Settings" menu.

  • Within the "Settings" menu, specifically, locate and select "Office Settings."

  • Once you are in the "Office Settings" section, please identify the subsection titled "My Office Settings."

  • Within this subsection, proceed to locate and click on the option labeled "Flexfund Options."

Path: Settings > Office Settings > My Office Settings > FlexFund Options > Add an Email Template and Email Event to my ISN

2. Preview and Add Email Event:

  • On the left side of the screen, locate the initial section.

  • Within this section, specifically, locate the subsection titled "Add an Email Template and Email Event to my ISN"

  • Click on the "Preview and Add Email Event" button. A popup window will appear, displaying the template content.

3. Add to Your ISN:

  • Click on "Add to my ISN"

  • A new popup window will appear at the top of your browser, presenting a "Success!" message. This message confirms that the email events and templates have been successfully added to your ISN.

4. Enable Email Event: Officially activate the email event.

  • Initiate the process by navigating to the "Email" menu.

  • Within the "Email" menu, specifically, locate and select " Email Events"

  • When you access the email events interface, proceed to identify the email event labeled "FlexFund Event to Client." Activate this event by clicking the toggle switch to the "on" position.

5. Review and Edit Email Template: If necessary, review and make any desired edits to the email template.

For expedited access, you can simply check the column labeled "Template" within the Email Events interface. Then, click the edit icon located adjacent to the template name "FlexFund Template to Client." ISN will promptly redirect you to the template editing screen.

An alternate method for editing the template is by adhering to the steps provided below.

  • Initiate the process by navigating to the "Email" menu.

  • Within the "Email" menu, specifically, locate and select " My Email Templates"

  • When you access the email template interface, on the left side of the screen, find the search bar.

  • Type "FlexFund Template to Client" into the search bar and click on the search icon.

  • The system will display a list of search results.

  • Proceed to identify the email template labeled "FlexFund Template to Client" in this list and click on the pencil icon to access and edit its content.

  • Once inside the Edit View of the email template, you can make changes to your email template. Feel free to upload photos, change replacement values, or add/remove any verbiage from the template as needed.

This process ensures the seamless integration of the FlexFund email templates and email events into your ISN account, enabling you to efficiently communicate with clients regarding FlexFund-related matters.
