This guide will assist you in customizing which of your Services or Inspection types should be eligible for FlexFund. These adjustments will be visible on both your Order Form and your Online Scheduler. Please follow the steps below:
1. Access FlexFund Settings:
Initiate the process by navigating to the "Settings" menu.
Within the "Settings" menu, specifically, locate and select "Office Settings."
Once you are in the "Office Settings" section, please identify the subsection titled "My Office Settings."
Within this subsection, proceed to locate and click on the option labeled "Flexfund Options."
2. Customize your offerings.
On the left side of the screen, near the bottom of the page, locate the option labeled "Services and Inspection Types"
In the list provided, you will discover the currently active Services and Inspection types within your ISN account. To make a service eligible or ineligible for FlexFund, simply mark or unmark the checkbox next to the desired Service or Inspection type.
Your selections will be automatically saved.
