In ISN, you can now include the FlexFund column in the order grid to monitor order statuses. Follow these instructions:

1. Access Scheduled Inspections:

  • Begin by navigating to the "Inspections" section and select "Scheduled Inspections."

2. Configure Column Settings:

  • In the lower-left corner of the interface, locate and click on the "Settings" option.

3. Customize Column Display:

  • Within the settings, identify the columns currently displayed in your grid, denoted by items within the green box.

  • To add the FlexFund column, locate the option labeled "Pay At Close" in the red box and drag it into the green box.

  • Be sure to click the "Save" button after making this adjustment

4. Rearrange Column Order (Optional):

  • To rearrange the sequence in which columns are displayed, click and hold the horizontal lines icon located to the left of a column item.

  • Drag the column to your preferred position within the grid.

  • Once you've organized the columns to your satisfaction, remember to click "Save."

5.View FlexFund Status:

Upon saving the settings, a new column titled "PAC" will appear in the order grid.

This newly added column will display various FlexFund statuses, enabling you to identify where each order stands in the FlexFund process.

Common Questions:

Q: Is it possible to customize the title for the indicator in the PAC column?

A: No, the system predefines the status names in the PAC column to indicate the specific stage of the FlexFund process for each order.
