To create a Report overview for all of your radon equipment's assignments.  Find this report at Reports -- My Reports:

Go to Miscellaneous -- Radon Equipment Schedule:

This report provides a breakdown with these criteria in separate columns:

Date/Time

Equipment

OID

Person Responsible

Drop/Pickup

Created Date/Time

Created by

Modified by

It will also provide a total in the last row:

You can then use the filtering tools to pull your report:
