This article shows you how to add social media icons to your email templates

Do you want your email recipients to be able to connect with you via your Social Media pages? Do you use social media to market your business?

Here is a step-by-step tutorial on how to insert the top social media icons into your email templates, and when they are clicked on, your clients or agents will be redirected to your social media page.

First, enter your social media website address within your ISN.
Go to: Settings -- Office Settings -- My Office Settings -- Contact Information.
From there you will see where you can enter your URLs/website addresses for Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Angie's List, LinkedIn, and Instagram.


After adding your URLs/website addresses and saving your changes you can simply type in one of the following appropriate replacement values in the Target URL box for the email template you are creating/editing:









Once sent the email will include the social media logo and when clicked it will take your recipients to the the URL's you entered for your ISN.
