When you create an agent or update an agent in ISN you can opt them out of Mass Emails.

First, create or edit an agent:

Next, select to remove them from mass emails by checking the box titled Do not send emails from the mass email system

Finally, hit Save and the agent will no longer receive mass emails from your company.
