The following article will walk you through how to set Inspector Settings:

Step 1

Navigate to Administration--> User Administration

Search for the inspector to access the settings, click on the Actions menu and select Edit:

Step 2

From there follow all prompts, and fill in all necessary fields for this user/inspector. Remember to designate this user as an inspector to ensure that they appear in the inspector drop-down field on the order form.

The ISN now allows you to determine if you want the user to be able to view fees for the inspections and/or agent and agency notes!

Step 3

Select what privileges this user/inspector will have, and we recommend that you review each permission before enabling the specific privilege.

Once the privileges are set, scroll down the page and click on the green Save Changes button.
