Within Order Information, in the Actions drop-down menu, you can edit the status of email events. Click on Actions -- View Email Events
In the Active events, those you have turned on, you can take an action for the events in this particular order you are working in.
In the Inactive/Deleted events, those you are not using and have turned off, you can Undelete and/or Edit them.
