Easily assign agencies to your representatives for follow up.
To do this start by selecting Agencies from the navigation bar.
You will see a list of all of your agencies in a list below.
Select the empty box next to an agency you want to assign to a representative.
With your agencies now selected, click on Assign at the top of the column.
Now select your representative, and confirm by hitting Assign.
The agencies have now been assigned!
Note: For a user to be eligible as a representative the "Marketing System Access" privilege has to be selected on the user's profile.
