AgentHub is a free platform that gives agents easier access to inspection reports, localized repair estimate ranges, AI-powered findings insights, and a streamlined repair request workflow all without requiring any additional work from inspectors.
AgentHub can be accessed directly from the Report Delivery page when the Porch integration is enabled. In that case, recipients will receive a report delivery page similar to the one shown below, with several available options. To access AgentHub, the recipient must first select Real Estate Agent as their profile type.
Once selected, they will be given direct access to AgentHub. After entering AgentHub, agents will see a prompt that allows them to download the report, review repair estimates, or close the prompt and continue to the full AgentHub experience.
