Yes, you can!

ISN uses industry-standard methods of tracking whether or not an email was opened. In most cases, we are able to successfully track whether or not an email was opened by the recipient.

You can see whether or not a client has viewed an email by navigating to a particular orders information page by clicking on the blue i icon

on the far left side of the inspection grid (Inspections -- Scheduled Inspections) for an order. While viewing the order information, you will see a section called Email Events usually located in the rightmost column of information.  For emails that have been sent, there will be an icon of an envelope. When the email has been viewed, that icon will show opened and hovering that icon with your mouse will show the exact date and time the email was viewed! Clicking on the envelope will show you the content of the email.

Reports are typically in another box below email events and will show viewed or not viewed like this.

If you have any questions about this process please let us know! You can reach us by chat, email at help@inspectionsupport.com, or phone at (800) 700-8112.
