Occasionally, you will need to send an email to someone when they are not part of an order. To do so, go to Email > Send Email, and fill out the fields as needed.
NOTE: Order-specific replacement values in email templates will not be filled in.
In the To: field, you can search for somebody's name by typing it in. The ISN will automatically search for their information if they are entered as a client, agent, or contact.
You can select an email container (the wrapper for your email) and the email template that you would like to use. If your email template has order-specific replacement values, they will not be filled in.
The message box is where the %message% replacement value gets filled in. For example, if you had an email template like this:
This is a template that I am sending you.
%message% would be replaced by whatever is in the message box, in this case, it would be a name.
