Navigate to Admin -- User Administration,

And then click on the Actions drop-down for the user, and select Edit:

Make any changes and/or updates needed on this page, including photo, phone numbers, address, zip codes, and permissions. Once changes are completed, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes:
