Start by navigating to Email --&gt; Email Events

From that page please locate the Email Event that is to be turned off/disabled, and click the green 'ON' button to turn it 'OFF':

Please note, if the Email Event is to be deleted, you'll select the red trash can icon instead to delete the entire Email Event.
