How to Charge Your Client’s Credit Card in the Field

If your clients don’t pay online before the inspection, this feature lets you collect payment onsite quickly and securely.

Please note: To process payments, you must have an active payment processor connected to ISN. Currently, ISN only integrates with Guardian Financial.

1.Log in to the Mobile App

  • Open the ISN mobile app and sign in with your username and password.

2. Locate the Order

  • From the menu, find the order for which you want to collect payment

  • Once you locate the order click on View.

3 .Select “Add Payment”

  • Tap Add Payment. (If you do not see this option, verify that you have the privilege to add payments under Settings > User Administration or ask your company owner to grant you this privilege.)

4. Choose the Payment Method

  • Select the payment method, for this example, select Credit Card as the payment method.

5. Enter Payment Details

  • Enter the customer’s credit card number, name, and address.

  • Tap Process Payment to submit.

6. Confirmation

  • You will receive a message confirming that the payment has been successfully processed.

  • The order status will automatically change to Paid.
