At the time of the inspection order I did not have an email address, or I mistyped the address, or need to send to a new one. How can I resend an email event to someone?
ISN allows you to re queue or resend an email even as you desire. Open the inspection order and locate Email Events. Now click the icon to resend the event that was missed or needs to be resent
As always the envelope will let you know whether or not the email has been opened and viewed.
