To disable the Client-Paid FlexFund Fee in ISN, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings > Office Settings > under My Office Settings > FlexFund Options.
2. Once in the FlexFund options, locate the setting called "Enable Client-Paid FlexFund Fee" and uncheck the option to disable it.
3. A new message will appear asking, "Do you really wish to disable FlexFund Charge By State?" Click OK to disable the feature.
4. Once you click OK, you will notice that the option called "FlexFund Service Fee to Client" will disappear. This is normal behavior, as the feature will only appear when the option is enabled in ISN.
What to Expect After Disabling the "Client-Paid FlexFund Fee" Option
If a client selects FlexFund in ISN, the FlexFund service fee will automatically be added as an upcharge on each inspection in ISN. This fee will be included in the primary inspection fee and will not appear as a separate line item.
The inspector will still be charged a fixed fee of $50 for each order submitted through the FlexFund system. This fee cannot be changed and will always apply to each order, regardless of other settings.
