Finished the front end elements of our upcoming Digilatics integration.

We now give users the option to send emails to all clients on an order when using Order View > Actions > Send Email Template.

We updated the banner language on the client's agreement page when FlexFund is part of the order to ensure they sign the FlexFund agreement and the inspection agreement.

On the Report Download Page, we now fetch ISN Order data to display the inspection report and/or attachment download links if the order does not exist on the Porch side.

Continued work to address issues with Mass Mails being stuck in "Sending" status. This fix added a loop in the hourly cron to check for completed Mass Mails that have not been marked as such.

Fixed an issue where the payment link was accessible from agreement link when Agreement Options > “Allow online payments to be made from the sign agreement link” was deselected.

The engineering team continues to make upgrades to our system to help things run smooth and fast.
