Manually marking an order complete

This article will show you how to manually mark an ISN order as complete.

There are 2 ways that you can manually mark an order as complete in ISN. We will cover both here.

  1. From the order view page.

    1. Open your order

    2. Click on "Complete" towards the top

    3. Next, you can either load a report file, or complete the order without a report.

  2. From the grid.

    1. View your inspection grid

    2. Look for the completed icon. Blue = currently not complete. Green = already completed

    3. Click the complete button for the order you wish to mark as complete

    4. Next, you can either load a report file, or complete the order without a report.
