NEW!

Added an indicator on the Order Form that tells users to refresh Smart Scheduling recommendations when certain changes are made that affect the recommendations we make in Smart Scheduling.

Added new columns to existing "Inspections Upgrades" report on the classic reports page to help with tracking upgrades/upsells. The columns now include:

  • Inspection DateTime

  • Upgraded On (date)

  • Inspector(s)

  • Upgrade Type (inspection type, service, package)

  • Upgrade Title (this comes from the settings page)

  • Original Order (it/services/package)

  • New Order (package name, add'l services, other inspection type)

  • Original Fee

  • New Fee

  • Upgrade Total (amount made from upsell, difference between original and new fees)

Removed the "thank you for your payment" language on the receipt we send clients for FlexFund transactions. This change will reduce confusion for clients thinking the transaction is paid at this moment instead at closing.

Added agencyID to oData API.

FIXED!

Fixed an issue where inspection attachment upload trigger wasn't sending email events on the date and time indicated in the event.

Made a backend improvement to the way we handle the FlexFund fee to clients.

Fixed issue with rebuildemailevents REST v2 endpoint.

Fixed an issue where users could not find sent emails prior to 2020.

Fixed an issue where SMS recipients pagination was not returning results beyond 20.

We removed our integration with 3D Inspection because of security updates on our end. 3D Inspections indicated that they were unable to make the necessary updates on their end to conform to the updates we needed to make on our end.
