NEW!

Released the beta version of our new Smart Scheduling feature, which is an algorithm that recommends inspectors based on their availability, their travel time/distance to the property address (based on home address, office address or the previous inspection address that day), their ability to perform the services on the order, and whether or not they are a preferred inspector for the agent on the order. Currently, the beta is invite-only; please email lindsaygrimm@porch.com if you are interested in trying it out!

As part of Smart Scheduling, we now allow Owners and Office Staff with the appropriate permissions the ability to assign preferred inspectors in an agent's profile (as well as inspectors that should be excluded from lists of recommended inspectors.

The Google Sync is now run as a background job, which should improve its speed and stability.

Made some updates to help ISN Admins manage credit card processor availability at the account level.

Created a replacement value for the client ID found in Actions > View Order history: %clientid%

FIXED!

Updated the verbiage of one of the checkboxes on the Mass Mail creation page to better reflect the functionality of the option for how to handle bounced/undeliverable emails.
