Effortless Inspection Reporting On and Offline
Our app lets you easily draft and edit inspection reports, regardless of internet availability. From text inputs to checkmarks and photos, you can capture every detail offline, knowing that your changes are securely saved on your device until synchronization. Edited reports are saved locally on the device until internet connectivity is restored.
After the connection is established, the app will start syncing the job progress. You can also check this progress in the web report writer by navigating to actions > Write Report. This includes all selected comments, uploaded media, and any actions taken in the mobile report writer, ensuring they're backed up and synced with the web report writer.
Turn Off/On the Offline Mode whenever you need it.
You can choose to manually switch the report writer to offline mode, no matter your internet connection status. When you toggle to offline mode, the app's functionality changes right away. It's easy to see if you're 'Offline' or if the app is 'Syncing' or 'Synced' once all data is fully synchronized, thanks to a clear user interface and indicators.
