Preparing and sending a quote

This article will explain how to prepare a quote and send via email.

First you will need to add a new user by going to Admin---User Administration.

Then, click on the Green "Add a User" button.

You will want to name the new user "Quote" (or a name that best fits your business needs). Then make sure to mark the new user as an inspector because this is the inspector that will be selected when creating a quote order.

Save the new user "Quote" by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the green create new user button.

To create a quote order you will create a new order as normal moving left to right in the order form. When you get to the "Inspectors/ Date & Time" you will choose the inspector named "Quote" as the "Primary Inspector" from the drop-down menu.

After all of the needed information for the order has been filled out, you will click on the blue "Review Order" button or continue to the "Review" tab.ย 

Do NOT click on the green "Schedule Order" button!

While in the order form click on "Actions" and then choose "Send Email Template" from the drop-down.

Choose the quote template that you would like to send and then add the recipients.

After you have input all the needed information click on the green "Send Email Template" button
