Certain templates are not automatically loaded to your list of available templates and would need to be downloaded before they can be used to write a report. These two templates are Citizen’s 4-Point Template and the Florida Wind Mitigation Template.

Below is a guide on how to add the Citizen's 4-Point Template to your Template Library:

1. Start by going to ISN report writer > "Report Templates"

2. Click on "Add from library"

3. Next to the template named Citizen’s 4 Point Inspection Form select the icon under the download column to import the template

A message "Template imported successfully" will be seen on the bottom left-hand side.

Close the template library window and set the template to be active by clicking on the button under the active column.

At this point, the template has been added to the library and is ready to be selected for the next report!

A new version of the 4-point report template is available to be downloaded and is titled 'Citizens 4-Point Inspection Form 3.25'

To ensure everything is clear, once the new template titled 'Citizens 4-Point Inspection Form 3.25'has been downloaded, it's important to mark it as Active and set the the previous version as inactive by locating the locate the template titled 'Citizens 4-Point Inspection Form' and clicking on the blue toggle button under the active button. Once grayed out, the template will no longer be active. There isn't an option to delete it, so marking it as inactive will prevent it from being used moving forward. This helps avoid any confusion and ensures that the most up-to-date version is being used.
