If you have added multiple clients to an order (link to the article) and want to make sure they receive all the communication sent from the SMS system, make sure that all the client profiles have the "Send SMS Events" option checked:
The SMS Events status will display both client profile names and numbers:
REMINDER: If a client requests to not receive SMS notifications, make sure that option is unchecked.
