If you're looking to customize your reports with precision, our latest feature empowers you to seamlessly eliminate the 'Description' and 'Location' fields from your templates. This enhancement provides you with unparalleled control, allowing you to tailor your reports exactly to your specifications.
Access the ISN main menu from your dashboard and click on ISN Report Writer.
Navigate to the Report Templates section and click on Report Templates.
Choose the specific template you wish to customize.
Select the category where you want to make changes.
Choose the item within the category.
Click on the 3 Dots for the Description: Locate the Description field and click on the three dots icon.
Select "Remove Form Element" to eliminate the Description section.
Similarly, find the Location field and click on the three dots icon.
Choose "Remove Form Element" to eliminate the Location section.
Once you've made the desired changes, save and publish your report to reflect the modifications.
