The first step will be to open the order on either the web or mobile platform. Navigate to the report writer features to begin the template-changing process.
Add a Template
Click on the 'three-dot' icon located on the right-hand side of the screen. From the options presented, select "Add Template."

Template Addition in Report Writer
Your selected template will now be added to the report writer. It's important to note that the categories and items from the new template won't merge with those of existing templates.

If you ever need to remove a template, simply click on the 'three-dot' icon located on the right-hand side once again and select 'Remove Template'. Rest assured that any job progress you've entered won't be lost. You can always re-add the template later without losing your data.
Caution with Template Adjustments Be mindful that processing adjustments to the main template through the 'Template Editor' while the template is removed from the order may result in the loss of job progress. This is the only scenario where your data may be affected.
Impact of 'Template Editor' Changes
Changes applied in the 'Template Editor' won't impact orders that are already in progress unless the templates in those orders are removed and re-added.
