Updates to the ISN Native App

  • Time tracking is now available

  • Users can cancel an order from within Order Details

Added new inputs for collecting W9 and bank account information to ensure we have the right information to fund customers for FlexFund and Evergreen inspections

Added blackout holiday dates for the ISN Evergreen Appointment experience to ensure a good client experience.

We now remove premium SMS settings when SMS is canceled to clean up the UX.

For clients of inspectors with the Porch App experience enabled, we now provide a link to a web experience on the Report Download page if they are not interested in downloading the app.

We updated the look and feel of the Mass Email grid.

The engineering team is continuing to work hard to make upgrades to our infrastructure in each two-week release. This includes enhancements to logging, speed, performance, and architecture upgrades.
