Fixed an issue where the FlexFund option was appearing in Online Scheduler v3 even when a company had FlexFund turned off.

Fixed an issue (with a specific set of settings) where the report download page wasn't showing the inspection report when the order was not paid for, but a user could access the report by clicking the report link directly.

Fixed some backend logic to improve billing accuracy for a small set of companies.

The engineering team is continuing to work hard to make upgrades to our infrastructure. This includes enhancements to logging, speed, performance, and architecture upgrades.
