Continued preparations for the ISN Evergreen launch on 10/19/23

  • Updated W9 form View button to View and Download to allow users to view the PDF and download.

  • Added tracking for the Evergreen Appointment flow in Pendo

  • Removed blue alert banner on Settings page referencing how to select eligible Inspection Types for Evergreen.

Made UI updates to the Agents grid (no change to functionality).

Added ISN system status page link in page footer:

Added an option for first and last name on ACH payments on the payment page. These are required fields and will no longer default to the current user.

Added a nightly email to inspectors with ONLY radon pickups/dropoffs the next day.

Added an email notification to Guardian when FlexFund is removed for an order.

Added tracking for ISN reactivations to help with customer support and account management.


Removed deleted agency labels from displaying in search.

Updated TCPA language to fix reference to value of Handyman credits.


The engineering team is continuing to work hard to make upgrades to our infrastructure. This includes enhancements to logging, speed, performance, and architecture upgrades.
