This article outlines the procedure for deactivating FlexFund within your ISN account. It's important to note that only users designated as Owners in ISN have the authority to disable this option.

Deactivating FlexFund While Ongoing Inspections Exist

Please exercise caution when considering the deactivation of FlexFund from your ISN account while there are ongoing FlexFund inspections in progress. Disabling FlexFund prematurely may affect transactions with ISN FlexFund.

How can you determine if you have pending FlexFund transactions in ISN?

  1. You can generate a FlexFund report by following the instructions outlined in this article: FlexFund Transaction Report

  2. Alternatively, you can contact the FlexFund support directly for information on pending FlexFund transactions

To disable FlexFund within ISN please follow these steps:

1. Access Office Settings:

  • Start by navigating to the "Settings" menu and selecting "Office Settings."

2. FlexFund Options:

  • Under "My Office Settings," locate and click on "FlexFund Options."

3. Disable FlexFund System:

  • Within the "Enable FlexFund System" option you will notice a blue checkmark. This checkmark indicates that you can deactivate the FlexFund system. To do so, simply click on it.

  • When you uncheck the option, a new message will appear, asking, "Are you sure you want to disable ISN FlexFund?"

  • Choosing "NO" will close the pop-up and keep the "enable FlexFund" box checked.

  • Selecting "YES" will disable FlexFund.

  • After clicking "YES," an additional message will appear to capture the reason for disabling FlexFund

  • Feel free to choose the reason that best suits your situation and then click on 'Disable FlexFund'

4. When you disable FlexFund in your ISN account, the following actions will occur:

  1. Removal of the FlexFund service.

  2. Elimination of associated FlexFund fees.

  3. Termination of the FlexFund agreement.

  4. Deletion of all FlexFund email templates.

  5. Exclusion of FlexFund as an option in the Online Scheduler.

  6. Restoration of all FlexFund settings to default configurations.
