We think it is imperative to manage in a practical manner all interactions between your company and your Clients/Agents, you can do so by having the flexibility to enable or disable SMS notifications offers you control over your communications.
In this article, we will take you through the step-by-step process of managing SMS event notifications for Clients and Agents. By understanding this process, you'll be able to tailor your notification preferences according to your needs.
Navigate to Clients/Agents > Clients > Clients
Note: For agents navigate to Clients/Agents > Agents > Agents instead
Next, click on the pencil icon located in the toolbar of the Client/Agent for which you want to disable/enable SMS events.
Once on the profile page, check the box 'Send SMS events' to enable SMS events for that particular Client/Agent or uncheck the box to disable them.
Once you've completed the steps, make sure to click on the 'Save client/agent' button at the bottom of the page!
