If you have a particular phrase you enter a lot on your inspection reports, CloudInspect allows you to simplify that process by creating an automated, short message you can add to reports, called a remark!

1. From your CloudInspect menu click on the Remark Library menu. This will take you to a list of all of your remarks.

2. Click the green add button

3. A modal window will pop up where you can provide a description of your remark, the content of the remark itself, apply any tags or summary items as necessary, and hit Add.

Your new remark will now be available for you to choose from in your reports!
