We have added a new replacement value %inspectorusernumber% that will input the inspector's user number from their profile into email templates, agreements, etc.

You can now access "Deleted Fees" via the drop down in the fees page. This will allow you to view previous entries and restore them as needed.

The Canadian Territory of Nunavut is now in the system


Corrected an issue where private agent notes were displaying on the order PDF download regardless of permissions

Inspection maps will show when downloading the PDF from the Inspector Nightly Email

The new payment page was missing the "Edit" button for check entries. We have fixed that functionality and you can once again edit those entries via the payment history section

Adjusted a permissions issue on the new order grid for restoring deleted orders, this is now working as intended


We are making great strides in our infrastructure improvements! You should be noticing speed improvements already and there is much more to come. We are very excited for what else is to come and enhancing the stability of the application.

You will continue to see gradual updates to our UI in ISN! Taking our application to a more modern look and feel will give you and your clients a better user experience.
