ISN Web Report Writer Guide (Quick)

The Web Report Writer is a feature directly available in each ISN order. You can use it to add a few missing details or even complete an entire report without having to use the Mobile Report Writer.

FINDING THE WEB REPORT WRITER

You can find it by accessing the Order Grid and navigating to Inspections > Scheduled Inspections:

Once you access the Order Gird, there will be two options to find the Report Writer in your ISN.

Option 1

Find the order where you will be working on first, and click the Open button. Then select the option "Write Report" from the drop-down menu.

Option 2

If you already have the order opened, simply click the Actions button. Then select the "Write Report" option from the drop-down menu.

After you access the Web Report Writer you will see a screen similar to the following one where you will be able to:

  1. Visualize the order content using the Introduction button.

  2. Mark the order "completed"

  3. Preview the report

  4. Add attachments

Report Preview

You can see the report preview. Once you access the web report writer please select the option "Report Preview"

After you select that option, you will see the following screen:

  1. Full Report: This option will help you review the entire report content. All categories and items in the same order as the template.

  2. Summary: This button will display the items that are associated to a Rating.

  3. Media: Here you will see all the multi-media added in the report.

  4. PDF: The option PDF will help you visualize the report as a PDF exactly how your client would download it.

  5. Attachments: You can use this option to see all the additional attachments that were uploaded in the mobile report writer or web report writer.

  6. Share Report: You can send the report directly to an email address.

  7. Contact Us: Your clients will have a build in feature to contact you.

  8. Build Request List: Building a Repair Request List can be a useful feature for clients and agents. They can built a list of items that need to be repaired. Those items will be found in your inspection report.

  9. Download PDF: To download the inspection report in a PDF format.

  10. Print This View: A shortcut to easily print a PDF file after downloading it into your PC.

  11. General Order Information: Provides all the relevant details of the inspection as it is submitted in the Mobile ISN App and Web ISN App.

Mark an Order Complete from the Web RW.

You can mark the order "Complete" by clicking the "Mark Complete" button.

Then, you will see a pop-up window. Please go ahead and click "Mark Complete". Please be informed that an order marked "Complete" is a process that cannot be reverted. Completed orders will count in that billing cycle.

After you select Mark Complete the order status will change from "not complete"

Adding Attachments

You can add order attachments. First, open the web report writer and click on "Add Attachment"

You will see a pop-up window that contains all the local files in your PC. Please select the file that you would like to upload and click on the Open button. The system will show you another window where you will have to enter the name for the file. That will be the title of the file in the Online RW Page.

Building My Inspection Report

Building the inspection report is possible from the Web Report Writer as well. You can edit the report, add comments, details, images etc. all of this from the comfort of a desktop.

Open the Web Report Writer from the order. In case you haven't selected a template for the inspection report, you will see a popup window asking you to choose one.

Once you choose a template and click on "Continue" you will see all the categories included in the template, on the left side of the screen.

1.- You can select one of the categories.

2.- It will open all the items inside that category:

When you click on any of the items, you'll see all the fields to complete that item including the details and comments sections:

ADDING DETAILS AND COMMENTS

You can easily add the details to describe your item. or select the comment that describes the condition of the item inspected. Select the tab "Details" to add all the details of the item or select the tab "Comments" to choose the comment that describes best the condition of the item.

ADDING MEDIA

Adding images is very simple. When you access the comments or details section in your items, please find the "Add Media" button. It will be found in both tabs "Details" and "Comments" so you can add media in both options.

When you click "Add New" it will open your PC File Browser where you can select the image that will be uploaded.
