Ratings are a great feature to organize all the comments that you create in your inspection report. Although they are commonly meant to flag issues that need further review you can customize your ratings to match your business.

In order to find the rating settings in a template you will need to navigate to your office settings in ISN and find the Template Editor.

Once you open the template editor you will need to find the template where you will be working on first. Then click on the 2 Horizontal Lines icon. Ratings will be on the right side of the screen.

1.- You will find some existing ratings already created by default.

2.- Each rating will have the edit Pencil icon on the right side. You can edit the title, the color and you can decide if that rating will be displayed in the summary item as well. Any ratings that have a flag will be displayed in the summary report.

3.- You can delete any unnecessary ratings as well.

4.- If you need to create a new rating you can select the option "Add Rating"

Both options "Add Rating" or the "Pencil" icon will pop-up the following window:

1.- The first option will be used to give that rating a title.

2.- In this box you can describe the definition of the rating.

3.- This box will determine if the rating will appear in the summary report or not.

4.- Using this option you can choose the color of the rating.

5.- Finally you can select apply to save those changes.
