The existing template might be perfect for your business but you might need to make some minor adjustments to the template. Don't worry, it is not necessary to create a new template from scratch. You can make adjustments to an existing template in your Template Editor.
Navigate to your Office Settings and open the Template Editor. Click on the Pencil icon as shown in the image below:
If the report is already published, you will see the following message, just click OK to continue.
You will see exactly the same screen as if you were creating a new template.
1.- There will be existing categories that you can edit.
2.- You will see the existing ratings that are also adjustable by clicking on the Pencil icon.
3.- You can create new categories
Once you make the necessary adjustments please select the correct option:
1.- Discard Draft: It will delete the changes made to the template.
2.- Save changes: It will save the adjustments made to the template but those won't be visible in the Mobile Report Writer yet. You will create a template draft.
3.-Save and publish: This will update the template and apply all the adjustments.
